Legal basis: NIS2 Directive 2022/2555 Art. 21(2)(d) (supply-chain security); SK Act 69/2018 Coll. § 19(2) and § 20(2)(q) + NBÚ Decree 227/2025 § 7(2); CZ Act 264/2025 Coll. § 13(5). Your contracts with critical suppliers should include security clauses, right to audit, incident reporting and data location. Without them you risk sanctions for missing measures.
